Eligible (Defects): Unused product with tags/packaging intact
Change of Mind: Acceptable within 7 days of receipt (inclusive); return shipping paid by customer
Request Window: Submit within 7 days of receipt (inclusive)
Return Dispatch Window: Ship within 3 business days after approval or arrange pickup
Process: Return request → Approval → Collection & inspection → Refund or exchange
Refund Timing: Within 3 business days after inspection
Refund Method: Credit card cancellation or bank transfer
Cost Allocation: Customer pays for change of mind; company pays if a defect is confirmed
Evidence: Proof of receipt date and defect photos/videos may be requested
Exclusions: Signs of use, missing components/freebies, or packaging damage that prevents resale

Pre-Order Terms (Returns/Refunds)
Before production start: Cancellation on request. Full refund within 3 business days
After production start: Standard policy applies (7 days from receipt). Change-of-mind return shipping paid by customer. Defects covered by the company
Supply issues: If production has not started and MOQ/material/factory capacity issues occur, seller cancels and refunds in full within 3 business days
Schedule change: If dispatch date changes, we notify and request consent. If you do not agree, full refund
Customized items: Disclosed personalization/custom orders may be non-returnable

단순변심: 수령일 포함 7일 이내 접수 가능. 반품배송비 고객 부담
접수 기한: 수령일 포함 7일 이내 접수
반송 기한: 승인 통지 후 3영업일 이내 발송 또는 픽업 협의
절차: 반품 요청 → 승인 → 제품 회수·검수 → 환불 처리(또는 교환)
환불 시점: 회수·검수 완료 후 3영업일 이내 환급
환불 방법: 신용카드 결제 취소 또는 계좌이체 환불
비용 부담: 단순변심은 고객 부담. 하자 확정 시 회사 부담
증빙: 수령일 증빙 및 하자 사진/영상 제출 요청 가능
제외 사유: 사용 흔적, 구성품/사은품 누락, 포장 훼손 등 재판매 곤란 시

프리오더 특칙(반품·환불)
제작 착수 전: 고객 요청 시 취소 가능. 3영업일 이내 전액 환불
제작 착수 후: 일반 정책 적용(수령 후 7일 내 청약철회). 단순변심 왕복배송비 고객 부담. 하자 확정 시 회사 부담
공급 곤란: 제작 미착수 상태에서 최소수량 미달·자재 수급·공장 캐파 문제 발생 시 판매자 취소 및 3영업일 이내 전액 환불
일정 변경: 발송 예정일 변경 시 고지 후 동의 요청. 미동의 시 전액 환불
맞춤제작: 사전 고지된 개인화/맞춤 사양은 청약철회 예외 가능
